Join Mr Jack in the ‘Actors Studio’ to learn a wide range of acting techniques and tools for both Stage & Screen!

Whether you dream is to take to the stage, step in front of the camera, or even direct & film your own project, you will learn to do so with confidence and control.

These classes are so much fun and great for building confidence and communication skills!

Children are welcome to bring their PE kit to school on Thursdays for Acting class. We will always do our best to allow changing time before class, and where this is not possible their school uniform will be more than sufficient!

🎒𝗔𝗙𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗦𝗖𝗛𝗢𝗢𝗟 𝗖𝗔𝗥𝗘🎒
If your child also attends After School Care post their Acting Class, you must let us know so we can chaperone them. We must be kept up to date with any changes via email.

𝗖𝗧𝗔 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯𝘀 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗺𝘀 & 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
By enrolling your child to our Clubs, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁:
Registration is final upon full payment.
We do not offer free trials for our school clubs.
We do not accept childcare vouchers.
There are no refunds for missed sessions due to student absence, school trips, illness or swapping clubs.
Places are non-transferable, meaning registration and payment cannot be transferred to a different student.
If we have agreed in writing to a split payment plan you are still contracted to pay the entire term in full.

𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
Parents/Carers must disclose any medical conditions or allergies when signing-up to ensure the safety and well-being of their child.
Respectful Behaviour:
Students are expected to treat each other with respect at all times. Any behaviour deemed disruptive or harmful to others may result in dismissal from the club.

𝗣𝗶𝗰𝗸-𝘂𝗽:
Parents/Carers are required to pick up their child on time. While we understand that occasional delays may occur, continual late pickups may result in a late pickup fee.
Late pickups will be considered on a term basis. If a child is picked up later than 10 minutes twice or more within a term, a fee of £5 per late pickup will be charged to cover Teacher/Coach extended working hours.

𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀/𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝗯𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, school closures, staff illness, force majeure events, or other unexpected occurrences, CTA reserves the right to cancel club sessions. In such cases, efforts will be made to reschedule sessions or provide alternative arrangements. If we are unable to reschedule the session or provide alternative arrangements, we will send you a discount code for the cost of the club, which can be used for future CTA club bookings. Please note that we offer to reschedule sessions first, and only if rescheduling is not possible will a discount code be provided. We are not able to offer refunds.

𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿/𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀:
CTA reserves the right to change club teachers or coaches at any time without prior notice. Some sessions may be covered by CTA cover teachers or coaches.

𝗘𝗻𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗗𝗕𝗦 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀/𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀:
Our coaches are DBS checked and have received training in performing arts to ensure the safety and quality of our programs.

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗲:

Parents/Carers understand that their child may be involved in physical activities and performances as part of the club, and they accept responsibility for any associated risks.

CTA complies with the Data Protection Act and GDPR regulations.
Personal information provided by Parents/Carers will be used solely for the purposes of administering club activities and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀:
Parents/Carers are responsible for informing CTA of any changes to their contact details.
It is important to keep us informed of any changes to ensure effective communication regarding club activities and updates.

Parents/Carers will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the club constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
